Last Tuesday Halle turned one. I can't believe how fast that year went by. Halle has been the greatest blessing in our lives. She has the funniest personality. Everyday she reminds me to relax a little and take time out to play and laugh with her. She has been the best baby anyone could ask for. We love her so much and feel so grateful we get to be her parents. So to celebrate her big day we had a party for her on Saturday. I think she had fun. I got her this adorable dress about a year ago for her to wear to her birthday party. She got totally spoiled by all of her relatives. She especially loved the cupcakes. Yes, that's plural, cupcakeS. Dad snuck her another one while I was cleaning. I am sure she appreciated it:) Surprisingly enough she didn't get as messy as I thought she would. Don't get me wrong it was a mess by the end, but we actually had to encourage her to really dig in. She just kept dipping her finger in the frosting and licking it off.
